About Us

Virtua PR is a communication management agency based in Slovenia, working locally and internationally since 2000. With a strong understanding of digital communication most of our work is focused on social media strategies and trainings, content & inbound marketing and intranet planning. 

But we are equally experienced in more traditional communication activities, such as PR, media relations, events and advertising. A strong partner network that include writers, UX designers, programmers, illustrators, video producers, architects and interior designers, translators, ad specialists, and more professionals from various fields enables us to take on large projects. We do a lot of trainings for our clients, especially in the field of effective use of social media, intranet governance, writing for the web, content marketing, and inbound marketing.

We are members of industry associations: IABC (International Association of Business Communicators), Slovenian Marketing Association, CEED (Center for Enterpreneurship and Development) and Slovenian Manager Association.

Jasna is the managing director at Virtua PR and an experienced digital communications professional. She works with Slovenian and international clients and provides consulting, training and speaking. She is a specialist in digital PR, social media, internal communications, corporate communications, content marketing, and more. Jasna is also an author of the book New opportunities in e-communication (in Slovenian), a frequent speaker at conferences. She is currently serving on several boards: IABC EMENA, IABC Slovenia (since 2008) and Slovenian Marketing Association.

Simona began her professional career in 2011 in political Public Relations, where she gained communication skills mostly through election campaigns. During two traineeships in European Parliament in Brussels she improved her knowledge and experienced communication on European level. Being the Communications Manager of Slovenian Minifootball Federation and Head of Public Relations of International Socca Federation shows her love for sports. Simona joined Virtua PR team as a Project Manager in 2018. She completed Inbound Marketing Certificate, HubSpot Marketing Certificate and Email Marketing Certificate. At Virtua PR she supervises various campaigns, helps with the technical part of inbound marketing campaigns and with the implementation of e-mail marketing. Simona also takes special care in keeping the whole team in good laughing shape. Since she believes in lifelong learning, she enjoys acquiring new knowledge and sharing it with others.

Nina has been working in marketing and public relations for more than 20 years. She started her career in music and film industry and later found her calling in digital communication. As information architect, copywriter or project manager she worked on many websites and advertising campaigns, some of them awarded (Golden Quill, SOF). She is part of the Virtua PR team since 2011, where she built websites and worked on digital communication strategies for some of our biggest clients.

Katarina is a Russian language teacher. After 11 years of working as an online journalist, blogger, content writer, and social media editor in various marketing teams and personal projects Katarina joined Virtua PR team in 2018 as an inbound marketing specialist. She advises clients on how to use digital and inbound marketing strategies to attract visitors, convert leads, and turn them into customers. She believes HubSpot is a great inbound marketing software platform that enables marketing strategies become alive – its analytic tools can proove that. Among other marketing oriented websites, Katarina also uses HubSpot’s Academy and their blog to broaden her knowledge about inbound, digital and content marketing.
